The problem is if you click in the link a Hacker or a malware can access your computer.

The first thing that you can do is no click in this link.
The second is for blocked the person who send you the link
If you click the link give the computer a IT person because he know hwo to fix the computer.
If the link is for the bank call the bank and ask if the person whon send you the link are the bank.
And don´t share you email with persons that you don´t meet.

I think the best tip that you have given is the first tip, the one that says not to click on the link, I like it because is very simple and can prevent you from bad things.
